Hi all, back for some advice. I'm planning to clad the brickwork on this wall with real stone cladding.
Here is another wall I've done previously.
I'm was planning on going to just above the decking, but it occurred to me that I'd be bridging the damp course and I could be giving any damp a route to travel up the wall. I wonder now if I should just paint or ask the EWI installer to just use some mosaic render on the part below the damp course.
The wall to the left goes to a garage so is unlikely to suffer from damp and the whole deck is 3ft off the ground.
Am I worrying about nothing?
