hi i have what looks like a damp problem in my bedroom. below i have put photos of problem and photos from outside of affected area.
I am currently trying to gain access to the apex as these houses used to have a flat roof but in recent years have added the apex which i cant get into.

could anyone tell me what they think may be the problem, i was presuming maybe a leak or water getting in somwhere, is this a possibility ??

thanks for any comments

You have a condensation issue inside

And you probably need to sort the eaves sarking felt out before repairing the soffit and cladding

don't think their is great airflow through room
have condensation problems elsewhere in hoose, in the form of
Black spots.
haven't had gutters done since we moved in !
Will need to get onto that,
these patches I've shown u are much worse than
The condensation elsewhere in hoose, could that be the cause of this too then as you guys have mentioned

does anybody like to drape wet washing around the home?

but yes, this one
and and look like gutter overflowing. Have a look outside on a rainy day.
