Damp patch at corner of render

I've recently had an extension built and rendered. I've notice following a couple of days of constant rain a damp patch appear on the render and also withing the hoise withing the same area.

Any idea what the problem might be please?

(The company I used have closed down and are not answering their phone )

OP,
Why not run a silicone bead up the reveal where the render meets the door trim & sill?
You only need a thin bead of silicone smoothed out with a wet soapy finger.
Then wait & see for a while.
FWIW: the render should have ended with a Bell Cast - your render ends with a Stop-Bead.

also is it possble to retro fit a bell cast or modify a fitted stop bead?

The Bell Cast is simply something that should have been fitted from new - theres no point in changing the stop bead now unless you can see the stop bead failing.

Check or have the UPVC company check that the drain holes are working on the sill. Our fitters now pour a cupful of water on the sill, just prior to fitting the frames on them, to ensure that the water drains away. We have had that issue before.
Also, when I dab boards onto reveals, I make sure that the dabs are kept away from the very edges, so that they don't risk touching anything external.
