Your windows are fit far to far forward in the reveals, unless you have insulated reveals.

So your internal regular plasterboard is attached directly to the outer leaf?
 
I think the plasterboard touché the window frame

I reckon Roof leak further up, potentially velux flashings, getting through the membrane, running down the rafters, hitting the wall plate and dripping down and onto the reveal. Does the damp patch correspond to one of the velux sides?
 
There is a cavity tray and weep holes
Right the options are water getting down the cavity, or across between the lintel and frame head.

If you are confident that the roof and tray are correctly done, then only leaves one possibility left to investigate.
