Damp Patch on floor/screed.. what's happened?

My mate said looking at all the pictures he thinks the pipe is leaking in that corner. And the boiler won’t lose pressure due to the ufh manifold.

I agree there's probably a pipe leak but Its interesting news about the effect of the manifold - I live and learn.

Your mate thinks it's the underfloor heating pipe in that area leaking?

He said that’s most likely from the information. As I told him the screed should be dry enough for LVT with the timing.

Have you got a pressure gauge on the manifold? if so the pressure will be less if it was leaking from the pipe loops.
Hope it's not a pipe leak. Presuming it was pressure tested before screeding?
