Damp patches on internal concrete floor

Hi all
We had a outside chimney breast wall tanked last August. We have now noticed that we have damp patches on the concrete floor?

Could this by connected please?
Could it be rising damp - if so what can be done to prevent this please. Ihave read about a DPM called synthaproof?
Anyone have any thoughts on it?
