I am planning to put a Bosch Tumble Dryer into a utility space that I have created on the 1st floor. It is directly above a of a newly created pillar that will hold one end of an RSJ (which is being put instead of a load bearing wall). I am a bit concerned about the viberations that the tumble dryer will be causing on top of this joint. Is there any way for me to dampen these viberations e.g. put a think rubber mat under the TD? Or may I thinking too much?

Never seen a tumble drier that vibrates so much that I would be concerned.
