My workplace is currently having new heating installed and all the radiators are being installed with the Danfoss RA2920 Tamperproof valves, set at 3.

The installers agree this is too high but can't change them as the system designer has specified the setting. They have hinted that they are adjustable with a couple of pins but nothing more was forthcoming.

Can anyone shed any light on how to adjust these valves once the installers are done!

Thanks in advance for saving us from roasting!

Yep the new system is in and working but massively too hot.

It's a school and they are convinced that the pupils will alter the settings so they have locked them in every single classroom!

I know another building with the heating locked far too high, so the staff have to open the windows to let the extra heat out...

We have a couple of rooms with radiators and heat pump air conditioning. We currently have the radiators stuck on and heating, the air con cooling and the windows open.
