Danfoss randall 103 timeswitch problem

Redoing the kitchen........took timeswitch off wall and it fell the length of the connecting wire, two wires fell out - blue and red and touched. POP & FLASH!

Switched everything off, checked the net for the wiring of the switch and reconnected to what I think is correct. Replaced fuse in spur and switched back on - NOTHING!

NO hot water (except immersion) and NO heating. Is the switch dead?

Have you checked inside that wires haven't pulled out of terminals and touched? We don't know how far it fell!
Terminals 3 and 6 would normally be linked together.

I am talking about the wires inside the switch, these are the ones that broke free.

3 and 6 are connected with a red wire.
 
Sounds like the main live in (red) may have been disconnected. Trouble with these is that generally they are wired as needed on site rather than a standard way.
