No protected trees, though I didn't want to take any down anyway. I topped some sycamores where the branches would be overhanging the garage. That was a bit hairy on 70ft-80ft trees.
The garage has been up for four years and there has not been any problems with the trees apart from the leaves in the gutters and downpipes.
