I've been experiencing persistent leaks in my roof, and despite attempting various DIY fixes, the issue seems to persist. I've inspected the roof, replaced damaged shingles, and even applied sealant, but the leaks continue. It's becoming frustrating, and I'm concerned about potential water damage to my home.
I'm reaching out to the community for advice and suggestions on how to effectively troubleshoot and address roof leaks. What are some common causes of persistent leaks that may be overlooked? Are there specific areas of the roof that are more prone to leaks? Additionally, I'm interested in hearing about any successful experiences or innovative solutions others have implemented to resolve similar issues.

Thanks in advance..

Post photos of the external and internal where the damp is. Flat roofs can be hard to determine, but pitched roofs should be reasonably obvious to determine issues. And there should not really be continuous leaks, nor lots of them.
