Decent non SDS masonary bits?

As a plumber I'm sick of routing through my bits tray looking for a sharp 4mm or 7mm bit.

I had a few cheap Bosch sets recently (shiny) chrome but they all loose their tip quickly.

I've just made a right meal out of a simple door stop in a concrete floor with my 18V 3 speed Makita and I'm sick of it now.
