Can anyone help. Got some black water based paint on a white pvc window frame and left a mark when I wiped it off. Has anyone any ideas for how to get the mark off

Worth trying "magic" sponges like these. http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/shop/gb/groceries/flash-eraser-extra-power-x2 can work well on difficult stains, otherwise you could try T cut or similar from Halfords.

You can buy UPVC cleaner, works quite well, its a bit like Tcut as mentioned.
