Last year I installed some decking in the garden using the Jouplast decking risers and it has been pretty solid and keeps it away from water.
I'm thinking of building a similar deck at the rear of the garden to stand a wooden shed on. As the garden slopes up from the house it easier using these risers and a timber frame than it is to build a paving slab base.

Is this a good idea?

just be aware your shed will need to be below 2.5m high to avoid the need for planning
most larger sheds will be around 2.3-2.4m so may be greater than 2.5 from ground height if places on decking
