Going to be installing ground level decking but its directly inline to block my air bricks of my house. What would i do in this case?

Decking frame blocking air brick

is the frame work being fastened to the wall? you could pack it off 20mm at that point. Or drill several holes in the timber where the air brick is. and just put a few extra fixings into the wall either side.
yes i will be fixing to the wall with spacers
