Decorators scope of work

I need a room fully remodelled. There are 2 built in wardrobes in the rooms these are built out of concrete blocks.
I want to remove these make good and fully decorate.
Would a decorator, generally, undertake this work in full? Or would I need to get it to a certain level before contacting a decorator ?

I doubt the decorator would be too thrilled about having to do any plastering, or even fitting skirting boards.

That's not to say some can't do it.

Ask the decorator first if you like.

As above. I'm a decorator and unless it's a smallish hole I'm not plastering anything. There will be ones out there who have it in their lockers.
