Deep Back Box for Grid Switch

Could somebody point me in the direction where I can get a deep backbox for a 6 socket grid switch. The deepest i can find are about 40mm. With two way lights etc. it needs to be as deep as possible.
 
Just use a 40mm box and chop it in as deep as you like, then plaster the wall back up flush.
 
I've never seen them deeper than 40mm, but I've never found 40mm to be not deep enough.
