Hi,
We're looking for a deep double ended bath, we were looking at some free standing ones, we found one that's 460mm Internal, but as this is going in a bungalow on a wooden floor (we will tile the floor after putting down 12 mm ply, but water always finds a way!), we are thinking a Panel bath might be better, but we're struggling to find a deep one, we want one with taps and drain in the middle and round ends, some are square ended. Does anyone know of any (not too expensive say £200 - £300 max), or thoughts on freestanding one, are we worrying about nothing?

Thanks

Steve

Thanks for the link, unfortunately you can't choose what depth you want, you need to look at the specifications of any that look interesting.

What makes you say that 12mm isn't enough? It's a small bathroom, 2.5 m long by 1.5m wide, we had 12 MM. in a previous property and that was fine, also it's what the build advised. To go any thicker makes it difficult, there will be a big step between the bathroom and the hall. Say we went for 18mm (I'm guessing next thickness up) 3mm for tile adhesive and 8 - 10 MM. tiles, that's @31mm, well over 1"
