Does anyone know how to default a Texecom Speech and Text Dialer to factory settings ?

The process is in the engineers manual for the dialler.
Tried it but when you power it up and press the record button it just starts recording.
Its your timing so put power on but before its booted up you need yo be on the button, its apain getting timing right but thats all it is
Thanks I'll have another go when I get back.
Press record 5 times then the tick button after power up.
its there in the manual, the hardest bit is the timing between adding power and pressing the button for the first time.
