I have a Skylo bottom entry cistern valve. It features a 'delayed fill' function. However the delay between flush and refill is quite a long time, minutes rather than seconds. Will someone please advise me how to adjust it - or what might be wrong if it is not adjustable. Please note the refill level hasn't varied and I don't want to vary it.
