delonghi oven not heating

hi our delonghi dfs 090 oven not heating up.

turned oven on couple of miniute later rcd tripped in cu .

reset and turned oven back on fan and light works ok but no heat .

any ideas , can heating element be checked.

A simple resistance check with a multi meter will tell you if the element is faulty or not.
