Desperate pipe bending advice please!

If you want to do good bends use a real bending machine like a CM42, not a toy. You will even be able to bend thinwall (table z) if it turns you on.

Didn't know that tamz. I must try that!! It would save a few bob on copper tube........

i had this problem recently

was advised to polish the formers, guides and rollers and lubricate all round also make sure all nuts n bolts are tight and give it some serious love
it worked a treat
just like new

Just what I suggested but to give mine serious love - I had to graft a 9 inch length of 2 inch barrel onto one handle . , just about fitted that , with half a tub of Hepsleve lube
