DHW temp problem on a Combi

I recently serviced a combi boiler and found all to be very efficient however the DHW DID NOT HEAT UP HALF AS HOT AS THE SYSTEM RADIATOR TEMP. can I have your thoughts as I have run out of ideas

Not being rude, but why are you servicing a boiler when you have not got a clue how it works?

what should the SYSTEM RAD TEMP be ?
