Diamond blade

Is there anything that diamond disc wont cut apart from the obvious ,how does the life of a blade compare cutting concrete or steel

Absolutely no comparison compared with the usual abrasive blades (I'm talking about Stihl saw usage here).......the diamond stuff will out last and out cut most other types.
Steel cutting uses a soft bonded diamond blade (for longevity) whereas the more abrasive materials use a hard bonded blade.
