Thought it was very good... last bit set me missis off: those were the days and film of the young Diana... how poignant!!... awwwww. and I thought I was all over this 10 yrs ago....

I was hoping that someone would get smacked in the face by one of those footballs Rod Stewart was booting into the crowd.

I'm surprised that he wasn't apprehended for the activity due to the health and safety implications.

I thought much of it was very good but I was disapointed that although using HD cameras the sound on BBC 1 was not in suround sound.

Was it in multi channel sound on BBC HD ???

I was not very impressed by the sound quality either! There was a suggestion on BBC R2 that the TV sound was not very good and theirs was better, but they would of course.

Give them a chance they are still learning how to do it properly just hope they get it right before being sold off in October, wonder how they'll justify the licence fee then?
