Difference between Aquapanel and Tile Panel

So I will be refurbing our bathroom and trying to settle on a tile backer for the shower. I was all sold on Aquapanel but after I contacted my local Travis Perkins they didn't have any, but did have Knauf 'Tile Panel' which is on offer. I can't find any info on Knauf website, so wondered what you thought?

Not used, but looks very similar to the ones at wickes (where they are more expensive) so you could look at them there.
I have used the wickes ones and they were perfectly okay.
