Quite a long while ago, (about 10-15 years back) I was given a few bits and pieces of cable etc and come across a cable with a 'blue' sheath and three conductors on the inside all the same size coloured brown, black and blue. The cable appears to be slightly more flexible than standard twin and earth.

Has anybody got any idea what this cable is used for?

Thanks for any help.

Nice flexy blue stuff counds like arctic cable - designed to remain flexible at low temperatures.

The core colours are odd though.

If it's got no voltage rating on it I'd bin it if I were you.
