If anyone could advise on the following, it would be much appreciated.
I am installing a small Dimplex storage heater, Model XT12 to provide some background heat in a small conservatory. The heater is secondhand and I am unable to find it's correct current load capacity. Can anyone say if this particular model is rated above 13 amps and, is it a requirement that this type of heater is wired independantly, through it's own fused socket at, say, 20 amps or above. Thanks for any comments/advice.

Do you know how many elements or bricks are contained within the heater?

Many thanks for the very swift and helpful comments. Re the number of bricks and elements etc, no, I have not investigated this but, the web link, giving information that the capacity is 1700 watts gives me the guide which I need for assessing the wiring and load requirements.
Thanks for your help
