Dip in slabs around waste pipe manhole cover

I am looking for some advice. I have a new build house, 8 years old. Our side path has never been entirely flat and I’m not sure anything has changed over the years, but I have noticed a dip in the paving slaps around the manhole for one of the waste pipes leaving the house. It slopes from both sides, about 1.5cm down on each side, as can be seen in the attached slide. It is the left hand cover.
Would appreciate advice if this is something that I should get a drainage engineer in to check out?

Just some settlement, lift and relay the slabs to the correct level.

(Do they have sinkholes where you live?)
