I have taken on a house that has laminated wood flooring that goes throughout the ground floor.

Near the back patio doors in an extention, there is a dip in the floor, which feels a bit spongy.

How do i lift up the laminate floor, do i start at the edge near a skirting ?
Doesn't look like theres an edge that I can pull up.

Not sure what I'll find under there yet, is my best bet just to call a builder or a floor fitter ?

Thanks

Take the skirting off to get to the edge of the laminate, lift the edge of the laminate gently and you should start to see it coming apart at 20-30 degrees, then pull it away from the joining board, you'll probably find the whole row of laminate along the skirting edge will come away, let it do this and just put it back afterwards.
