Diplomat ADP8322 help

Our dishwasher has become very noisy when we put it on lots of loud gurgling and spluttering noises, like its struggling to get going. Initially it did this but the dishes were still clean, now not so much and the tablet is not disolving. We have cleaned the wings but this did not do any good. Can anyone advise what this could be or should we call an engineer?
