Disabled facilities

HI all..

I know someone who has a brought a restaurant and has to bring it up to scratch... it is required to have a disabled toliet amoung other things... what are the guidelines regarding disabled toilet/wc facilities??... and where can he purchase these disable friendly items?.... based in nw london....
