Disabling Alert Beep on Honeywell Galaxy G3 ?

Hi,

We have a land line telephone problem that is causing the intruder alarm to beep every minute or so. Entering the code to reset the alarm stops the beep for a few minutes then it returns again.

Is there a way to disable the alert condition beep until our phone land line is restored?

Omit all the zones and set the system

A) disconnect the telephone line completely, then it can't restore and alarm again.

B) contact the on-call engineer of your alarm company!
