Hi all,
My alarm is old and out of date, just for now, I want to disconnect the alarm system completely.
About 35yrs old!, started with wired with viper sensors but then changed to wireless sensor about 15 yrs ago because the alarm company mentioned then the wiring is too old to upgrade. They changed it by using wireless system. However I want to disconnect the whole system, I have 2 external bell box, one high up out of reach and a lower one at ground level assuming this is a not a bell ringer(?) or not sure if it got battery built in. wireless sensor on all windows. Do I just take out the fuse from the FCU to the panel box and battery out of the panel box and I'm assuming the bell box won't ring or go off as I don't remember the battery ever been change for year and guessing the battery could well be flat now. I also have to smaller ringer box internal (not sure if they have battery also?) I also have 4 smoke alarm connected to the alarm system.
