Dishwasher help-PLEASE

HI

I may have posted this on the wrong area, so sorry if this is the case!!!
I'm a simple salesman of office equipment, so all this technical stuff baffles me.Perhaps someone can help with the problem i have!!!

We have a Whirlpool ADG dishwasher, it is now giving a constant beep when it starts, the water does not seem to heat up, it possibly seems stuck on rinse mode? we can't change toe wash modes either?Any help welcome!!!

i have only gone and bloody sorted it, on my own!!! held the start button down which reset it and now it's working-happy days!!!
