Hi, My dishwash isn't cleaning so well and keeps chucking the detergent tab out of the holder having barely started to dissolve. The catch seems OK and closes well. Any clues please?

1 Its supposed to chuck it out like that
It dissolves in the tub not the holder

2 check that the wash arm jets are not blocked and the water is heating and also that you have rinse aid and salt (if req)

3 Post this in the right section

Does it get hot , check the rubber ring nut at the back of the tub pull out top basket and undo plastic ring nut has the rubber grommet perished.
