Dishwasher killing computer

I have been unable to find evidence of any filter explosion. Physically, the filter looks in perfect shape. The filter connects (gold spade connectors) to the mains in parallel to the feed to the other bits. My guess on the location of the explosive pop could be wrong. I will have to check the washing machine to see if the explosion is there. The machine wasn't in use at the time of the pop.

The dishwasher has 2 EMI filters, one parallel and one inline to the load. Both checked out in capacitance, and the parallel one checked out in resistance as well. The silver cap/filter in the second pic doesn't come with an ohm spec. The dishwasher is in perfect health, although the rubber hose on the water heater output looks like melting, but not yet has a hole. A replacement for that is only available on special order, meaning gouging can be expected.
