I have cleaned all the filters, used a cleaner checked for blockages in the rotators but still get a residue especially on the top level. Any ideas?

Keep the salt dispenser topped up.....it's the water softener. Worth a try anyway!

Are the filters damaged? check rotors are free to rotate with no obstructions.
