We've got an integrated Bosch. No Idea what model, but it is a lot better machine than the one we had previously and it always cleans well, as long as I stack the dishes.
Don't talk to me about integrated fittings.
Just completed total kitchen revamp, units, fridge, washer, dryer etc and the dryer kept cutting out, There is a reset switch but guess where it is positioned, believe it or not it is at the back of the dryer. Initially this wasn't a problem , just slide out dryer and job done.
However at that stage the floor had not been installed and when it was the dryer would not slide out unless the floor was removed.
Who on earth would design a dryer with a reset button at the back of an integrated unit?
After many more malfunctions of the dryer the engineer was called out who said it was a thermostat problem which could only be accessed with the removal of the dryer.
He also said that, this, inaccessible dryers was a common problem, and recommended we remove the adjustable feet from the dryer which makes removal much easier.
We have done this but the result is that we now have an integrated kitchen unit door for the dryer which needs replacing because the hinges are too low down and there is a large gap between the top of the door and and the work tops
These doors are not cheap and I have no doubt the suppliers will say it is not their fault. There was no mention of the reset button when we bought the kitchen units and there is no mention in the literature of making allowance for the height of the dryer
What I cannot understand is why are the dryers taller that the washing machine which can be removed easily.?
OK maybe I should have check and double checked but from what I have heard I am not the only one to have had this problem.
We also had problems with the integrated fridge but thats another story.
My advice forget integrated fixtures if you want a quiet life .
Rant over.
