Distance from flue to overhanging tree ??

Hi,

What is the minimum distance from the top of the flue outlet of a wood burning stove to an overhanging tree??

I can't find this clearance anywhere on the Building Regulations... can anyone point me to this?

Bear in mind, I am just doing some initial research (I am not installing one myself!)
