District heating pipes in and out

Hi, I'd like to make room for a tumble drier, next to the washing machine in this space, by replacing the 600mm cabinet for a 300mm (I've already removed one 300mm cabinet). Question is, if I cut the worktop (marked in red) to accommodate these district heating pipes so that they run up from the left, is it OK just to manoeuvre them across into the gap? I assume they're flexible or is it a big no-no to touch them at all for a reason I have no idea about? I can sort the washing machine drain as it's in the corner, so just need to adjust the pipes a little. Thanks

If there is enough flex on the pipework then yes, no reason they couldn't be moved but no if there would be any stress placed on any part of the pipe or connections.

Possibly easier option to move the microwave left, into that cupboard with the door that doesn't go all the way down (looks like that door might clear the microwave if you remove the two white slats so the microwave sits on the worktop.. but if it doesn't, then you can move the door upwards by drilling new holes for the hinges a bit above where they are now) then put the tumbler on the worktop above the washer?

Thanks, I'm going to cut the hole and see if easily flexed. If not, I'll forget the idea

Thanks. I'm not keen on the drier being on top but end up that way
