DMC across door way. Levelling floor

Hello all,

What should I do here?

Ripping up a high area of my internal floor near my patio doors. And can see my DPC from inside.

What should I fill between the the courses of brickwork? And do I need to lay any more DPC/M anywhere else?

Why not post pics of the patio threshold from inside and outside?
Why are you "ripping up the floor"?
