Do I have a problem?

I am wanting to fit a laminate floor in one of my rooms, apart from one area the floor is nice and even/flat. But I have a high spot in one place, see pictured below.

Will this high spot be a problem and if the answer is yes, how can I get around it. Concrete floor.

Fit some of the fibreboard underlay and this will take up the uneveness
