I had a woodgrain UPVC conservatory installed in 2002. The woodgrain beading is peeling and bubbling. I advised the contractor of this issue about 4 years ago but I didn't follow it up until recently. The contractor has advised that the system used is no longer available but he will try to source a replacement to fix the problem. If he is unable to replace the beading do I have any rights to get him to fix it?
