Do I need amended plans to shift window

Getting side extension done - approved plans look like this. window right next to new font door.

I'd like to move the window out to the right a bit, can this be done, or will building control/planning not be happy?

or if its not allowed to be moved, can it be removed from the build entirely?
 
so you have a door and a window next to the door. You want to move the window a little further from the door...why would that ever be as issue?
