We received planning approval for developments to the front of our house last year. This consisted of rendering the front (previously brick), building a stone wall, adding a porch and changing the windows/doors. This was to done to match work previously completed on an extension at the rear.
We wish to make some minor changes to the design to make it look more traditional and in keeping with the rest of the village. The changes we wish to make include using pale grey UPVC windows rather than anthracite aluminium, a slightly different porch design (same dimensions) and different glazing on the door.
I've attached the original plans and the proposed amendments. Would this require a non-material amendment to be submitted? We are not in a conservation area.
Thanks
