Do I need to act now? Cracked mortar

Hi,

Please see pics attached. Do I need to act now or does it look acceptable still? I can see cracks and few bits landed in my garden recently after particularly heavy windy storms.

It's a cheap, 80s Barrats build.

Your advice will be greatly appriciated

As above, not that urgent, perhaps do it before winter kicks in, but not in too hot weather either.
