Do i need to sand the wood work again please advise

I am painting my hall way and sanded everything down on the first day. I have now split a lot of white paint on the wood work.

Do I need to sand down the wood work again or can I paint straight over it.

I am using Dulux dimond satin paint which self under coats

No, just make sure you wipe it down and it's dry.
