Do I re rate mcb

Hi
I have replaced all halogen lights + others with led gu10.I have added all the bulbs & I get 1091watts.my current MCB is 10amps.kindly note I am novice on electrics.
1.Am right to convert 1091÷230=4.75 there for I should get 6 amps MCB
2Does the cable size has any bearing on mcb
FYI the lighting cable is mixture of 1.0 & 1.5 (reasons unknown to me)

Sure I have seen this post before and answered it. If it is easy to swap to 6A then yes, but there is no requirement to do so.
