Do these hoses exist?

As LeakyD asked, what end do you want to keep? The 22mm to go to a 1/2"bsp tap connector?

I think he wants a ¾" × ½" flexible tap connector.

The simple answer is no, I don't think such a thing exists. You'd need to buy a ¾"×¾" flexible tap connector and a ¾"×½" bush

If it helps any, it's a filling loop for a boiler. For some reason known only to the person that fitted it, there was a washing machine type hose connected to a stop valve on the cold water mains (22mm) which went to another valve (15mm) on the pipework going into the boiler.

The plastic insert in the screw fitting on the 15mm broke last night so I was looking for a replacement. Seems most filler loops are 15mm to 15mm.

Indeed they are. Change the whole filling loop to a WRAS approved one
